In this project, a second home in Vienna was completely rethought and redesigned with great sensitivity and a clear focus on function and aesthetics. The client was abroad during the renovation, which meant that detailed preparation and close coordination were of crucial importance. The precise analysis of the current situation and a clear vision for the target created the basis for a trusting collaboration and led the turnkey project to success.

Particular attention was paid to the narrow, elongated floor plan of the apartment, which required a clear structure and innovative solutions. For example, a visually separate home office area was created in the living area, which keeps the space open and friendly. Clever built-in solutions and plenty of storage space have not only ensured order, but also flexibility. New room concepts allow each family member to develop individually and organize everyday life smoothly.

The design approach followed the clear architecture of the apartment and was supported by a subtle color palette that radiates calm and consistency. The lively contrast is provided by the deliberate use of art, which is a prominent design element that enlivens and sets the scene for the interior. The result is a harmonious home that combines functionality, style and comfort - a retreat that ideally meets the needs of all residents.
