Needs analysis

Interview to determine the interior design expectations of the client

The joint needs analysis ensures that we are talking about the same content, spatial concept, expectations, organization, budget and the coordinates that are important to you. In the proposal, we suggest the stages and units of the project and structure the building blocks of our collaboration based on these.

They always have precise and well-documented knowledge of the project context.

Depending on the size of the project, this preparation is free of charge for you.

Consulting

Our company offers you a very broad range of consulting services. Depending on your requirements and project, we adapt our services to your needs in a modular fashion.

This ranges from pure project support to CAD furnishing plans, room concepts, creative concepts, product and service proposals, furnishing advice and interior design, sourcing, purchasing support, shopping support, service descriptions, owner support in connection with trades, architects or master builders, product development, product and installation control, cost and project control, etc. ....

Depending on the project, the modules are offered and charged on an hourly or daily basis.

Furnishing planning

Advice on implementing the expectations and developing the furnishing plans

The furnishing plan is a basic orientation for the room concept and functional use of space. All our plans are created in AUTOCAD and .dwg formats - so that trades, productions or architects can access them. On request and for an additional charge, the plans can be created not only in 2D but also in 3D.

Creative concept

Style identification and definition of an interior design guideline for the overall project. This defines the uniqueness and special nature of your project.

The creative concept as a concept for interior decoration and design comprises the central appearance of the interior design concept and defines the interior design, the color and lighting concept, the material and surface definition, furniture, home textiles and accessories. You receive comprehensively visualized ideas that form the guideline for further work.

Lighting concept

Creation of the lighting concept in collaboration with a professional lighting designer.

Lighting design is often elementary. Interior architecture and light provide a guiding principle for interior design. That is why we attach particular importance to highly professional lighting design. We work together with leading specialists.

Detailed planning

Preparation of detailed execution plans as a basis for quotations and execution.

This phase consists of a set of plans with elevations, sections and drawings relevant to the interior design plan.

Optimal use of space requires precise planning. Whether it's kitchens, bathrooms, libraries, cupboards, wardrobes, general storage space, panels, installations or various additions or furniture adaptations - detailed furniture planning is essential. It is the basis for calculations, quotations, production and the objectives defined in the concept phase.

Procurement & product equipment

We are happy to support you with product decisions, purchasing and supplier selection.

Thanks to its many years of experience, EAID&C has a broad spectrum and network of suppliers, craftsmen and specialists. The procurement basis that we create for you contains a lot of important information that you need to make up-to-date and well-informed decisions. Naturally, we will accompany you along the way.

Execution & installation

Coordinated service package including preparation of schedule and schedule, delivery coordination and delivery control, monitoring of the trades, joint acceptance of the tradesman's work with the client

Schedule, delivery coordination, production control and quality control - we are in close contact with our suppliers or the production facilities and accompany the execution of the installations at our customers. We ensure joint acceptance.

Fee

The service shall be invoiced on the basis of actual expenditure or an agreed flat rate.

In principle, EAID&C works according to modular service blocks and offers its services on an hourly basis. The modules are ordered, paid for and delivered after clear information, precise orientation and classification.

Once we know the exact amount of work required, we can estimate how many hours we may need. If there are indications that the scope of work will increase or there are aggravating factors that will result in the hours being exhausted more quickly than expected, we will discuss this with you immediately in advance.

Large projects are alternatively offered at daily rates. Our business rules are clear and simply based on good cooperation. Details can be found in the terms and conditions on our website.
