This is an elegant new building in a prime, quiet inner-city location.
The apartment covers approx. 110m2 and is used by a student from a good family for his studies in Vienna. At the same time, the apartment is an investment for future rental.
The relatively dark inner courtyard location was well compensated for by the professional lighting and furnishing design with the corresponding furniture.
The interior designer was responsible for the entire project. The decisive factor was the combination of different aspects in the implementation. Different tastes had to be considered and realized within a clear budget and time frame.
The style was characterized by not only adapting to the preferences, necessities and aesthetic needs of the resident, but also by choosing timelessly modern furnishings that take good account of later disposition wishes for the apartment. In this way, the designer has taken into account qualities which, in their originality and openness, cover a broad spectrum of tastes and lose nothing of their personality. Some generational details are easily adaptable and can be adjusted to suit future needs.
