It is not uncommon for us to be commissioned when the architectural work and the first attempts at interior design do not lead to a satisfactory result for the client.
For this apartment, an original and harmonious combination of different stylistic elements was desired in a house with traditional specifications and a contemporary ambience in a wonderful room arrangement.
The really interesting thing about this apartment in terms of its stylistic consideration and design is that it is a complete revitalization and modernization of a large, classic Viennese residence - well located in a charming and quiet green zone and yet in the center of Vienna.
In the first step, the owners created conditions that did not come close enough to the actual desired harmonious and elegant character of the design of the spacious apartment. Some of the antique pieces they brought with them have also not yet found a stylistic home and classification.
Before the interior designers were involved, there were already modern and functional elements that seemed difficult to classify.
In the end, he succeeded in combining traditional elements with furniture, fabrics, wallpaper, colors and fixtures of timeless elegance in the form of his own designs, thus creating a new and original ensemble.
The new, functional and angular was carefully absorbed and softened by the round, warm and homely.
Together with the clients, a transformation into a new stylistic interior design has been achieved.
