In addition to an exclusive golf club, an internationally diverse and very elegant residential complex of varied but stylistically coherent detached houses and apartment buildings has been built in the vicinity of Vienna.
The client had stylistic and functional expectations that were realized together with the designer as an overall project.
The existing villa underwent a complete refurbishment. The existing floor plan was retained, while the spatial layout was completely redesigned in terms of size and use.
In keeping with the ambience and the cultural demands of the client, a furnishing and an ensemble were created which, although clearly branded, satisfies a thoroughly original and in detail very qualitative demand.
The result is a conservatory, living and dining area and an elegant kitchen in a spatially well-structured and practical arrangement.
The color scheme varies depending on the area, but harmonizes as a whole.
The entire layout together with the upper floor is spacious and inviting.
